Newcastle and Aston Villa have opened talks to sign Liverpool winger Harry Wilson, according to reports in the English media.
Manager Jurgen Klopp is said to be reluctant to let the Wales international leave, but the Reds could be tempted into selling for £25m.
Fans on Twitter believe that Liverpool’s asking price is more than an acceptable amount for Wilson:
30m and he's off

So in simple terms – we want £25m.
We’ll get it too

Long story short- £25M is enough.

This has the Danny Ward saga all over it. Pepe incoming Wilson sold before deadline boys!

Replace him with kai havertz or similar caliber player and a versatile fullback and we’ll be good going into next season.

Wilson performed very well out on loan at Derby County last season, and it’s not a surprise there is so much interest in him.
However, his performances haven’t stood out during the club’s pre-season tour of the USA, and many believe the Reds would be open to offloading him.
Liverpool sporting director Michael Edwards has managed to agree some fantastic sales during his time in the post, including £12m for Danny Ward and £19m for Dominic Solanke.
Whether he can pull off the same trick with Wilson in the coming weeks, we shall see.
