Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker did not have much to do against a very defensive-minded Tottenham team yesterday, but when he was called into action, the Brazilian made it look easy.
As well as his excellent positioning to hold on to long-range shots, he also showed great anticipation and skill to sweep up when Spurs did get in behind the Reds’ defence. This cool header to Andy Robertson is a case in point:
Superb, @Alissonbecker ? pic.twitter.com/36nylr9VaS

Liverpool seem to have the perfect characters at the back. The back five, including Alisson, are very calm with and without possession of the ball, and they never seem to be phased by what the opposition throws at them.
It was their six successive clean sheet in the Premier League, and they have now conceded just 14 goals in 21 games this campaign.
