The Eagles will present a very similar threat to Spurs, using the likes of Wilfried Zaha and Eberechi Eze on the counter-attack, so the Reds will need to keep their concentration.

In regards to team news, it will be hoped that Joel Matip wins his fitness battle after missing the Tottenham win due to a back spasm. Xherdan Shaqiri (muscular), James Milner (hamstring), Kostas Tsimikas, Diogo Jota, Thiago Alcantara, Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk (all knee) won’t be available for the match at Selhurst Park.
