Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita’s first season at the club hasn’t lived up to expectations up until now.
It feels like a long time ago when tweets from fans were saying that the Premier League wasn’t ready for the £52.75m signing.
In truth, Keita found the pace and physicality of English football tough to deal with initially, but he is now finding his feet with two goals in his last two appearances.
The 24-year-old’s confidence seems to be sky high and supporters on Twitter are now hoping we will finally see the midfielder play at his full potential:

He will need to build on his last two good performances between now and the end of the season, but it’s definitely looking promising.
Most fans now expect him to start against Chelsea on Sunday, with the midfield triumvirate of Fabinho, Henderson and Keita having looked very good against Porto on Tuesday night.
