Firmino, Gomez And Keita To Start, Milner On The Bench: Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Take On United

Liverpool will be desperate to get a first win under their belt when they take on a beleaguered Manchester United side on Monday evening.

Alisson will start in goal for the Reds, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson being selected in the two fullback positions.

There could be a change at centre-back. Joe Gomez did well after replacing Nat Phillips against Crystal Palace and he could partner Virgil van Dijk at Old Trafford.

Naby Keita was not fit enough to start last week, but the Guinean could be given the nod by manager Jurgen Klopp for the United game, with Fabinho and Harvey Elliott taking up the other two midfield spots.

Up front, Roberto Firmino’s return to fitness is timely after Darwin Nunez’s suspension. The Brazilian is expected to lead the line, with Mo Salah and Luis Diaz either side of him.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Face Manchester United:

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, van Dijk, Robertson, Elliott, Fabinho, Keita, Salah, Firmino, Diaz
