Firmino, Tsimikas And Konate To Start, Jota And Van Dijk On The Bench: Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Play Forest

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is expected to make a number of changes for the FA Cup quarter-final tie against Nottingham Forest tomorrow night.

It has already been confirmed that Alisson will start in goal but there could be a lot of rotation in the back four. James Milner is expected to start at right-back, with Kostas Tsimikas on the opposite flank.

In the centre of defence, both Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip could be rested, with Joe Gomez and Ibrahima Konate coming into the starting lineup.

Fabinho may well keep his place in the midfield three in order to provide some defensive stability, but Jordan Henderson and Thiago could make way for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita.

Up front, Mo Salah is unlikely to be risked due to a minor foot injury, so Takumi Minamino may start on the right wing, with Roberto Firmino being picked to play through the middle instead of Diogo Jota. Luis Diaz could be given the nod ahead of Sadio Mane on the left-hand side.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Fac Nottingham Forest:

Alisson, Milner, Konate, Gomez, Tsimikas, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Fabinho, Keita, Minamino, Firmino, Diaz
