Williams didn’t start out life as a right-back
For most of his early youth career at Liverpool, the youngster was mostly used as an attacking midfielder and as a winger.
Much like with Trent Alexander-Arnold, academy coaches opted to convert him into a fullback, and he is now an understudy in the first team to the England international.
