It is expected that Alisson will be back in full training not long after the international break, but Liverpool have been hesitant to put a timescale on his comeback.
Understudy Adrian has performed admirably in his absence so far, having made a couple of very good saves in the recent 3-0 win against Burnley.
Even so, fans will be keenly anticipating the return of the Reds’ number one. Whether he’ll be fit to face Newcastle at home on Saturday week, we shall have to wait and see.
