It’s official. Mohamed Salah is the King of the Kop.
The ingenious Egyptian notched his 30th goal of the season in mid-week as Liverpool thrashed Porto 5-0 in the Champions League last sixteen.
Formerly of Chelsea, Salah has been a revelation this season for Jurgen Klopp’s men, and has single handedly almost eradicated the memory of the departed Philippe Coutinho – many of whom thought the Reds would struggle without.
Such has been his influence at Anfield this season, he has emerged as both a strong candidate for the PFA Player of the Year award, and has, unsurprisingly, become a Kop legend during his thus far brief spell at the club.
And the Kopites have dedicated plenty of tributes to their ‘Egyptian King’ during his eight months at the club – but the latest one might be the best so far.
NEW SALAH SONG BREAKS OUT IN PORTO!
Is it good enough for you?….. pic.twitter.com/hGpv7LBUhI

Insatiably catchy, the already-gone-viral song goes as follows:
“He scored enough for me,
He scored enough for you,
If he scores another few,
Then I’ll be Muslim, too.
He scored enough for you,
He scored enough for me,
He’s sitting in a mosque,
That’s where I wanna be.”
Sang to the tune of the rather ironically named Dodgy’s hit Good Enough, the song has already become a smash …
Mo Salah’s new song is a precursor for world peace
