John Terry Lavishes Praise On Liverpool Ace During Win Against West Ham

Ex-Chelsea captain John Terry says Liverpool have got some player in Luis Diaz after seeing him in action versus West Ham.

Tweeting during the game last night, Terry could not help but praise the impact that the Colombian international has had since he joined the Reds back in January:

When former players from rival clubs are speaking about you then you know you are doing something right, and Diaz has certainly had a very strong start to his career at Anfield.

There was one notable run in the first half against the Hammers which stood out, as he ghosted past a number of players before being brought down by Kurt Zouma just outside of the box.

One very slight criticism is that his end product isn’t always the best, with just one goal in his eight appearances so far, but you’d hope that (with time) he’ll get the rewards his great displays have deserved.
