Jota, Keita And Matip To Start, Gakpo And Henderson Out: Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Play Palace

Liverpool’s players need to clear their heads quickly after the embarrassing home defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League earlier this week.

The Reds still have top four ambitions and they have to refocus on getting the three points against Crystal Palace this weekend to stay in contention.

Despite his awful error versus Real, Alisson will stay in goal, but there will be a change at centre-back, with Joel Matip likely to replace the injured Joe Gomez, with Virgil van Dijk partnering him in the middle of defence.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Roberton are expected to keep their places at fullback, but manager Jurgen Klopp may make some adjustments in midfield.

Captain Jordan Henderson could be dropped in favour of Naby Keita, with Fabinho and Stefan Bajcetic making up the rest of the trio.

Up front, Diogo Jota may replace Cody Gakpo through the middle, with Darwin Nunez and Mo Salah playing either side of him.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Take On Crystal Palace:

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Robertson, Keita, Fabinho, Bajcetic, Salah, Jota, Nunez
