Journalist Reveals Brazilian Wonderkid Has Made Key Decision On His Future Amid Liverpool, United And City Links

Palmeiras forward Endrick has decided to sign a professional contract with the Brazilian club, according to Yahoo Esportes journalist Jorge Nicola.

Reports earlier this week had claimed that Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City had all contacted the teenager’s agents about a potential move to the Premier League.

However, Endrick, after discussions with his father, has decided to continue his development with Palmeiras, where he has spent his formative years as a youth player.

The striker is only 15 years of age, but he had impressed scouts with his performances at the Copa Sao Paulo, which is an Under 21 tournament hosted in the Brazilian city. Due to his contract situation, he could have signed for a European club with minimal compensation being given to Palmeiras.

Instead, Endrick’s decision means he will remain in Brazil for the foreseeable future. He can only put pen to paper on a professional deal when he turns 16, and he is expected to sign the paperwork in June.
