Philippe Coutinho is seriously considering leaving Barcelona after just 18 months at the Camp Nou, according to Sport.
The Catalan newspaper says the 26-year-old told some of his Brazil teammates that he may have to leave the La Liga club to regain his form.
Coutinho is reportedly unhappy with not having a leading role at Barca and wants to be a key playmaker for whoever he plays for.
After angling aggressively for a move to Spain in January 2018, not all Liverpool fans would consider re-signing the Brazilian. The reaction on Twitter has been mixed:
Just take him back because he has unfinished business as a scouse

For the right price yes. Creative player who gets goals. Past is the past. We’ve all made duff decisions thinking it would help our career.

I trust Klopp to make the right decision for the team as a whole.

Even if he were available, there’s no guarantee that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp would be interested in taking him back.
The German has put together a side that’s challenging for the Premier League title, and Coutinho’s presence may upset the balance of the first team.
Still, the Reds have been crying out for a creative midfielder since the Brazilian international left, but whether the Merseyside club would pay the sizeable fee that Barca would demand, it remains to be seen.
Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have also been mentioned as possible destinations for Coutinho.
