Klopp Eyeing Deal For £59m Rated Spaniard With Liverpool Boss Keen To Find New Playmaker

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has set his sights on signing Real Madrid attacking midfielder Isco, according to Spanish rumour-mongers El Desmarques.

The website claims that the Reds boss is a fan of the 27-year-old, and he is keen to bring him to Anfield to improve the Merseyside club’s chances of breaking down stubborn defences.

Liverpool have dropped just two points so far in the league this season but El Desmarques report that Klopp is looking for perfection, and he wants a playmaker who can unlock teams who sit deep against them.

Isco, who has also been linked with Manchester City and Chelsea, could be on the market. Real president Florentino Perez is said to be looking for around €70m (£59m) but it is debatable whether the Spaniard is actually worth that much considering his recent form.

The midfielder has played 17 games this campaign, scoring just one goal and providing no assists. His work rate has also been questioned, and it would be a surprise if Klopp was genuinely interested in the player.
