Klopp to sanction move for highly rated midfielder

Jurgen Klopp is ready to sanction a loan move for highly rated midfielder Ryan Kent amidst interest from a number of Championship sides, reports the Daily Star.

Bristol City and Sheffield United are amongst a host of clubs interested in signing the Reds youngster, who had his recent loan-deal with German side Freiburg cut short.

Kent, 21, made only six appearances during his stay at the Bundesliga outfit, and will now be on the search for first team football again after a frustrating spell on the continent.

Despite his lack of game time, Kent says he enjoyed his time in Germany: “Sometimes we sit together in our spare time, sometimes go for a coffee or something to eat. I like this way of life.

“And also the weather. As we know, we are not so lucky in England!”

The midfielder has previously spent time with Barnsley and Coventry out on-loan, and return to the lower leagues of English football is now on the cards, with Liverpool expected to again part ways with the youngster in the coming weeks.

Fulham, Leeds and Middlesbrough are also understood to be keen on taking the midfielder on for the remainder for the rest of the season.
