Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno is being targeted by Barcelona, according to reports in Spain.
The Catalan club are looking for a replacement for Lucas Digne, who was sold to Everton in the summer, and the La Liga side have drawn up a three-man shortlist.
As well as Moreno, Barca are also interested in signing Valencia’s Jose Luis Gaya and Paris Saint-Germain’s Juan Bernat.
The Spanish league champions are believed to be keen to sign a player who already has knowledge of La Liga. Moreno played for Sevilla before joining the Reds for £12million in 2014.
In addition, the 26-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season, and with fullback not figuring much under Jurgen Klopp, he could leave on a free transfer in the summer.
Barcelona are said to be weighing up a January offer for Moreno with Liverpool likely to sell if the player doesn’t sign a new deal to stay at Anfield.
