Latest Liverpool Injury News Ahead Of Their Game Against Burnley

Liverpool have three injury concerns heading into the match against Burnley this Saturday. Naby Keita has been struggling with a muscle strain that he picked up in training ahead of the European Super Cup final against Chelsea.

He has so far missed two games, against Southampton and Arsenal, and remains a major doubt heading into the game at Turf Moor this weekend. Manager Jurgen Klopp said on Friday last week that the Guinea international is still a couple of weeks away from full fitness.

Alisson Becker will also be missing for the trip to Burnley with the Brazilian not expected to be fit until after the international break. The 26-year-old sustained a calf injury in the opening day win against Norwich City.

The Reds’ only other absentee is Nathaniel Clyne. The fullback suffered an ACL injury in the friendly loss against Borussia Dortmund at the back end of July and will be missing for up to six months.
