Latest Liverpool Injury Report: Updates On Firmino, Henderson And Origi

Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino is back in training after recovering from a knee injury. The Brazilian has not played for the Reds since the home defeat to Chelsea earlier this month but he is likely to feature against Arsenal this weekend.

Captain Jordan Henderson is touch and go to return before the end of the season, according to England manager Gareth Southgate. The 30-year-old was expected to be back within six to ten weeks after sustaining a groin problem in the Merseyside derby back in February. However, it appears his recovery may take longer than hoped.

Divock Orgi and Caoimhin Kelleher are both doubts for the trip to the Emirates on Saturday due to muscular injuries. Neither have been pictured back in training this week so their participation at the weekend is unlikely.

Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk (both knee) have been ruled out for the rest of the campaign, with Joel Matip (ankle) tipped to return in preseason.
