Latest Liverpool Injury Report: Updates On Henderson, Robertson, Salah And Thiago

Liverpool may not have any players left after the international break the way things have been going. England manager Gareth Southgate confirmed after the Three Lions lost 2-0 to Belgium last night that Jordan Henderson has a tight hamstring and had to be substituted at half time.

Andy Robertson is also believed to have a similar issue and did not take any part in Scotland’s 1-0 loss to Slovakia yesterday afternoon. Manager Steve Clarke is, though, hopeful to have him back for Wednesday’s clash against Israel.

Mo Salah is experiencing mild symptoms of the virus, according to Egypt’s team doctor. The 28-year-old is currently self-isolating and won’t be in the squad to face Leicester this weekend.

Thiago Alcantara remains a doubt for the game against the Foxes on Sunday due to a knee problem he picked up in the Merseyside derby last month. Fabinho is also unlikely to be fit because of a hamstring injury.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is out for at least two to three more weeks with a calf problem, while Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Alex Oxlade Chamberlains are all sidelined with knee injuries.
