Liverpool ‘Have An Eye’ On 30M Rated Bellingham Alternative Who Scored Against Them In September

Liverpool “have an eye” on Ajax attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus, according to GiveMeSport.com.

While the Ghanaian international is not seen as a direct alternative for Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham, he is believed to be on a shortlist of players that the Reds would consider pursuing.

Kudus actually scored Ajax’s opener at Anfield back in September before Jurgen Klopp’s side came roaring back to win the Champions League group game 2-1.

He has built on a strong start to the season with an impressive showing at the World Cup, bagging a brace in a 3-2 victory over South Korea.

Other Premier League teams have, though, taken notice of Kudus as well. Newcastle, Arsenal and Tottenham are said to be interested in snapping up the 22-year-old, while rivals Everton tried to make a move for the player last summer.

At the time, it was reported that Ajax may let the midfielder leave for £15m, but his asking price has now doubled to £30m.
