Liverpool have been in contact with the representatives of Independiente del Valle midfielder Kendry Paez, according to 90min.com journalist Graeme Bailey.
The Reds are, however, only one of six Premier League clubs pursuing the 15-year-old, with Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Brighton and Newcastle having also taken a keen interest:

It is believed that there are at least ten other teams from the continent who are keeping tabs on Paez, with the teenager having grabbed the attention of scouts at the Next Generation Trophy tournament back in August.
Independiente del Valle are believed to be in no rush to sell as the player can only move to Europe when he turns 18. Even so, teams are keen to get an agreement in place now.
Offers in the region of £9m+ are said to have already been tabled but no club has managed to meet Paez’s valuation so far. We shall see how this transfer story unfolds in the coming weeks.
