The Uruguayan international was substituted at half-time during the victory against Brentford on Saturday.
Klopp has played down the seriousness of the issue, claiming that Nunez had felt a small twinge so they took him off as a precaution.
Curtis Jones
The midfielder had to be replaced midway through the first half versus Brentford after he picked up a knock to his shin.
Jones was pictured leaving the Gtech Community Stadium on crutches but Klopp has said that there is no indication currently that it is a serious injury.
Dominik Szoboszlai
The Hungarian suffered a recurrence of a hamstring injury after playing against Chelsea at the end of last month.
Szoboszlai is believed to have an outside chance of returning for the Carabao Cup final.
