Liverpool Look To Trump Barcelona With Contract Offer For PSG Playmaker

Liverpool have offered Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot a contract, according to reports in Spain.

The Frenchman’s current deal at the Ligue One side expires in the summer, and a number of top European clubs are said to be pursuing the 23-year-old’s signature.

Barcelona are reportedly be very keen to land Rabiot, but it is believed the Reds have already placed a lucrative offer on the table in order to beat the La Liga champions.

For their part, PSG remain determined to keep the France international but up until now, the midfielder has rejected the opportunity to extend his stay at the Parc des Princes.

So far this campaign, Rabiot has been a regular first-team player under manager Thomas Tuchel, playing 15 games in all competitions, and scoring two goals.

However, the Frenchman has found himself on the bench for the last two games in the victories against Marseille and Lille.
