Liverpool are set to change kit manufacturer at the end of this season, with Adidas expected to take over from Nike.
It is believed that the German firm are already designing the new home shirt with Footyheadlines reporting that they have created a jersey reminiscent of the one worn in 2006/07, when the Reds reached the Champions League final.
Based on the responses, the vast majority of fans on X are very enthusiastic about Adidas’s plans:

Adidas has been Liverpool’s kit supplier on two previous occasions
The German manufacturer originally took over from Umbro at the start of the 1985/86 campaign. It was a relationship that lasted a decade before they were replaced by Reebok.
They returned to make Liverpool’s shirts in 2006 but their deal only lasted six seasons before Warrior/New Balance took on the responsibility.
When will Liverpool’s 25/26 home kit be released?
Due to the change in kit supplier, there will likely be a delay in the announcement of next season’s kit. To maximise sales, new shirts have usually been revealed prior to the final home game of the campaign, with the replicas going on sale in early May.
However, supporters may have to wait a couple more months to buy the new Adidas design, depending on when the agreement with Nike expires.
