Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Alisson – 8/10 – A clean sheet for the Reds with a couple of impressive saves throughout the game where the Liverpool keeper didn’t have too much to do thanks to a poor United outing.
LB – Andy Robertson – 7/10 – Scottish international Robertson helped contribute to the clean sheet, however he did not have much impact in attack.
CB – Ibrahima Konate – 7/10 – Konate started in favour of Jarrell Quansah and he repaid Arne Slot’s faith with a clean sheet.
CB – Virgil Van Dijk – 7/10 – Van Dijk had a decent game by his high standards, a missed block in the second half is the only thing stopping him from earning 8/10.
RB – Trent Alexander-Arnold – 7/10 – Trent thought he had scored Liverpool’s opener but it was ruled out as Mo Salah was in an offside position.
