Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Alisson – the Brazilian couldn’t do much with either Fulham goal at the weekend, particularly Reed’s, but he could be in for another busy evening on Thursday.
RB – Jeremie Frimpong – the Dutchman is beginning to create a few goals for his teammates, so he could get the nod ahead of Conor Bradley.
CB – Ibrahima Konate – despite the centre-back’s rather poor form this season, you still feel that he will get the better of Viktor Gyokeres.
CB – Virgil van Dijk – his aerial prowess will be needed in both boxes to disrupt Arsenal’s dominance at set pieces.
LB – Andy Robertson – this is a difficult call. The Scot has had his difficulties with Bukayo Saka in the past, but his big-match experience may get him the nod ahead of Milos Kerkez.
