Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Alisson – another clean sheet would be welcome, with the Brazilian having struggled with his form this season.
RB – Jeremie Frimpong – the Dutchman was replaced midway through the second half against Galatasaray, so he should be fresh enough to start at the weekend.
CB – Ibrahima Konate – the centre-back returned from a hamstring injury to play midweek, and it will be hoped that his body can stand up to a second game in four days.
CB – Virgil van Dijk – organisation is key against a Brighton side who are very dangerous, and the captain’s leadership will be vital.
LB – Milos Kerkez – Andy Robertson could start but Arne Slot does like to play Kerkez in the vast majority of league matches.
