Liverpool Starlet Among 12 Premier League Talents Still In Contention For European ‘Golden Boy’ Award

Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones has made the 80-player shortlist for the European Golden Boy award, along with eleven other Premier League players.

The 20-year-old has had an excellent twelve months, having scored four goals and provided five assists in 34 appearances for the Reds’ first team last season.

Manchester City’s Jayden Braaf and Filip Stevanovic, Chelsea pair Armando Broja and Billy Gilmour, Manchester United’s Amad Diallo and Mason Greenwood, Arsenal duo Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka, Wolves’ Fabio Silva and Rayan Ait-Nouri, as well as Leicester’s Jonathan Thomas, also made the list.

Erling Haaland was a deserving winner in 2020 and there are a number of players who have a strong chance of picking up the prize this year.
