RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko continues to be a player of interest to Premier League clubs, including Liverpool, according to reports.
The Athletic claim that the Reds, Arsenal, Manchester United and Newcastle were “all keen” on signing the Slovenian international last summer before he signed a new contract with Leipzig.
With it being suggested that Sesko could be on the market again at the end of the season, a move to Anfield can’t be ruled out. Fans on X are split on whether he would be a good addition to the squad:

How much would Sesko cost?
Although there isn’t thought to be a release clause in his contract, reports in Germany suggest that the player has a gentleman’s agreement with Leipzig that he can leave if their asking price is met.
It is believed that interested sides would have to pay in the region of £60m to secure Sesko’s services this summer.
Would he be an upgrade on what Liverpool have already?
Sesko’s goal record this campaign is decent. He has scored 14 goals and contributed 3 assists in 29 appearances. That is a superior goal return to Darwin Nunez who has managed just 6 goals and 4 assists in 30 games.
Of course, the key difference is that Sesko has not played in England and there are still question marks over whether he could produce the goods in the Premier League.
