Fulham could sell Liverpool target Joao Palhinha for €60m (£51m), according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
The Belgian reporter originally made the claim back in July but he re-posted his information on Wednesday, going on to state that the player remains an option for the Reds:
🔴🇵🇹 João Palhinha still part of the options in the midfield for #LiverpoolFC. #LFC https://t.co/szaBVyoWdX

Most fans on X would back a bid to sign Palhinha, but some are concerned about the player’s age and fitness:

Palhinha dislocated his shoulder last month
The 28-year-old has not been in action since picking up an injury against Brentford in a friendly three weeks ago.
It is believed that Palhinha did dislocate his shoulder and that usually means a player is sidelined for at least six weeks. As a consequence, even if he does make the switch before the transfer window closes, he won’t be available until after the international break in September.
Are Liverpool looking at alternative targets?
Jurgen Klopp’s side are believed to have considered moves for the likes of Crystal Palace’s Cheick Doucoure, Nice’s Khephren Thuram, Fiorentina’s Sofyan Ambrabat, Bayern Munich’s Ryan Gravenberch, Manchester City’s Kalvin Phillips and Fluminense’s Andre.
There have also been rumours about a potential bid for Lille’s Carlos Baleba but, from the sound of things, there is no concrete interest in the Cameroon international at this stage. It’s likely more midfielders will be linked with a transfer to Anfield over the next couple of weeks.
