Liverpool have snapped up Chelsea winger Rio Ngumoha, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Writing on his X account, Romano said that the 15-year-old is now due to sign official documents to make him a Reds player over the coming days:

As Romano says, several other clubs were looking to secure Ngumoha’s signature but the Merseyside club have come out on top.
It is believed that Arne Slot’s side have broken their academy wage structure in order to sign him, which suggests they see massive potential in him.
What do fans need to know about Ngumoha?
The teenager can play as a left winger, no.10 or on the right flank. However, as he is right-footed, his preference is to start on the left so he can cut in and shoot on his stronger side.
Ngumoha has been capped by England at youth level, having been called up for the Under 15s and Under 16s over the past 18 months.
For Chelsea, the forward had already been playing in the Under 18 Premier League, despite his young age, having scored and provided an assist in a 3-2 win over Southampton back in December last year.
Liverpool have been busy recruiting young players
Even though it has been pretty quiet on the transfer front when it comes to the senior squad, the Reds have added some promising youngsters to their academy in recent weeks.
In addition to the impending arrival of Ngumoha, the club are believed to have struck a deal with Wolves for defender Alvin Ayman.
