Liverpool will want to get two wins from their upcoming double-header against Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League.

However, they will be without Jordan Henderson for tonight’s match at Anfield, with the midfielder sidelined with a hamstring injury. He was taken off at half-time against Huddersfield last time out.

Manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that the 28-year-old will also miss the match with Cardiff City on Saturday.

In addition, Naby Keita will not be available for tonight’s game. The Guinean international is also suffering with a hamstring issue, which he picked up on international duty. He could, though, be back in contention for the weekend.

Sadio Mane is ready to start with Klopp saying the forward has looked good in training over the past two days despite having minor surgery on a broken thumb last week.

The Senegalese star will play with a cast on his left arm if he is picked to start the match tonight. In other team news, Fabinho is expected to play in midfield for what would be only his second start of the campaign.

For Red Star, the Serbian side will be without former Chelsea player Marko Marin, as well as loan signing Jonathan Cafu and fullback Milan Rodic.
