Liverpool prepare for their second game of the season as they return to Anfield to face Brentford on Sunday afternoon after a win on the opening day. 

The Reds come off the back of a convincing 2-0 win over Premier League new boys Ipswich Town with goals from Diogo Jota and Mo Salah giving Arne Slot his first win.

The Liverpool boss will be delighted after his side played with an attacking emphasis against the Tractor Boys where they recorded 18 shots in the 90 minutes.

Brentford will make the trip to Anfield to test Liverpool in their second game after they also won on the opening day against Crystal Palace.

Liverpool vs Brentford kicks off at 4:30 pm on Sunday 25 August and will be available to watch Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main Event.
