Liverpool Willing To Allow Two Players To Leave In January

Liverpool will let both Rhian Brewster and Caoimhin Kelleher leave on loan when the January transfer window opens, according to the Liverpool Echo.

Brewster, in particular, has not had the game time that some would have expected, having featured in only two Carabao Cup ties so far this campaign.

It has, therefore, been decided that both the striker and Kelleher will be sent out to other clubs in order to get more matches under their belt.

Manager Jurgen Klopp is keen that any loan deal will ensure guaranteed minutes for the pair as he doesn’t want a situation whereby they are sitting on the bench for the second half of the season.

Brewster and Kelleher will, though, likely feature for the Reds in the Carabao Cup quarter-final against Aston Villa next month, with the first team expected to travel out to Qatar to play in the Club World Cup semi-final and final.
