Mikel Arteta

First up is Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta – the Spaniard has been in charge of the Gunners since December of 2019. Initially, he looked to be an underwhelming appointment – but his success this season has vindicated him.

Arteta has guided Arsenal to the top of the Premier League table this season – a title victory looks to be on the cards, but the campaign is far from over.

You would not expect a manager who has been in his position for less than four years to appear on a list such as this – however, that is the nature of modern football.
