Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal are all keeping tabs on Valencia midfielder Yunus Musah, according to reports in the UK.
The American international impressed for his country at the World Cup, and it appears as if Jurgen Klopp’s side are considering him as an option as they look to reinforce their midfield.
Musah is an energetic number eight, who is very capable of playing in a high-pressing team, and many supporters on Twitter think he would be a great addition for the Reds:
Looks like a real player

He is still raw on the end product, but could bring a lot of the things Gini brought to midfield being press resistant and getting us going forward in attack.

It is believed that Valencia are trying to tie down Musah to a new contract, in order to ward off potential interest from the Premier League.
However, the 20-year-old could well be tempted by a move to England. He grew up in London and he came through Arsenal’s academy before making the switch to Spain. Getting him signed in January could be tricky but he would definitely provide the youthful exuberance that Liverpool’s midfield sorely lacks.
