Matip And Alisson To Start, Salah To Miss Out: Liverpool’s Predicted Line Up To Play United

Liverpool go into tomorrow’s clash at Old Trafford as big favourites, and manager Jurgen Klopp has been keen to ensure that the players are focused on getting the three points.

The Reds boss has most of his first-choice team fit for the encounter, and Alisson Becker is almost certain to replace Adrian in goal for the game. The Brazilian has been in full training for a week following a calf injury he picked up back in August.

Joel Matip is also available and will likely come into partner Virgil van Dijk in the centre of defence, despite Dejan Lovren performing well against Leicester in the 2-1 win at Anfield.

Klopp now has an established midfield trio that he picks for the big games, and it is hard to see past Fabinho, Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnadlum for the three places in the middle of the park.

Mo Salah has been training this week but he has been working on his fitness by himself as he looks to overcome an ankle injury. Usually, Klopp doesn’t pick players who haven’t been in full training for at least a few days so Divock Origi may well start tomorrow.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Face Manchester United:

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Mane, Firmino, Origi
