Matip, Henderson And Jota To Start, Keita And Diaz On The Bench: Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Face United

Liverpool are likely to make some changes when they take on Manchester United at Anfield tomorrow evening. It’s only been three days since the intense FA Cup semi-final win over Manchester City so manager Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to keep the same eleven.

Alisson will stay in goal, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson also expected to start in the fullback positions. However, there could be some rotation at centre-half with Joel Matip coming in to partner Virgil van Dijk, with Ibrahima Konate making way.

It would be a surprise if captain Jordan Henderson is left out for a second successive match, so he could come in for Naby Keita, despite the Guinean performing well against City. Fabinho and Thiago are expected to stay in midfield.

Up front, Diogo Jota seems poised to return to the lineup, with Luis Diaz the most likely to make way, considering Sadio Mane’s good form, and Mo Salah’s importance to the team.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Play Manchester United:

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Fabinho, Thiago, Salah, Jota, Mane
