Liverpool earned their second Champions League win in a row after beating Bologna 2-0 at Anfield in a workman-like performance.
Arne Slot’s team took the lead after 11 minutes with a goal from Alexis MacAllister before Mo Salah made it 2-0 75 minutes in to seal the three points.
After two games, Liverpool is fifth in the table, one of seven teams that have won their opening two games alongside Premier League rivals Aston Villa.
Everything is going well for Arne Slot at the moment, it was his fifth win in a row. The Reds can now turn their attention away from the Champions League to a fixture with Crystal Palace on Saturday.
