Liverpool have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, according to reports in the French media.
It appears superagent Mino Raiola is trying one of his old tactics to try and get a better deal for his client. The Italian-born Dutchman has previously offered the player to Manchester City, and it seems the Reds have now been dragged into the situation.
Of course, the vast majority of supporters on Twitter are very much against the idea of signing Pogba, although there are a small minority who couldn’t help but wonder what it would be like if the Frenchman moved to Anfield:

Let’s be clear. Pogba is NOT moving to Liverpool. Even if he were available on a free transfer next summer when his contract expires, the wages and fees required would be huge.
On top of that, the player himself would be very reluctant to make the switch to a fierce rival, knowing full well the blowback he would receive.
