Origi, Oxlade Chamberlain And Robertson Out, Firmino, Henderson And Milner In: Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Play Napoli

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is expected to make a few changes for tonight’s game against Napoli, with a couple of them likely to be forced due to injuries.

In defence, Andy Robertson is battling to be fit after sustaining a knock so the left-back may well be rested with James Milner coming in to replace him.

It was expected that Joe Gomez may come in for Trent Alexander-Arnold for this game, but Robertson’s injury may lead to Klopp keeping things as they are at right-back to ensure there is an attacking outlet from one of the fullback positions.

Captain Jordan Henderson is likely to replace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in midfield after being rested in the 3-1 victory against Newcastle at the weekend.

Divock Origi did not travel to Italy because of the twisted ankle he sustained during the Magpies win so Roberto Firmino will almost certainly partner Sadio Mane and Mo Salah up front.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Face Napoli:

Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Milner, Henderson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Salah, Firmino, Mane
