Oxlade Chamberlain And Tsimikas To Start, Henderson And Robertson Out: Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Face Arsenal

A catalogue of injury problems have made Liverpool’s preparations for their game against Arsenal this weekend far from ideal.

Alisson did get through the international break unscathed so he will start in goal, but Andy Robertson is a doubt with a tight hamstring, meaning Kostas Tsimikas could take his place at left-back. Trent Alexander-Arnold is expected to play on the other flank.

Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk are favourites to line up in the centre of defence. Ibrahima Konate is available so manager Jurgen Klopp may consider starting him, but Matip seems to be the man in possession of the jersey currently.

In midfield, Jorgan Henderson could be out with a groin injury, while Naby Keita, James Milner and Curtis Jones are also sidelined. It means Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Fabinho and Thiago are the likeliest to play.

Up front, Sadio Mane is ready to feature, despite a bruised rib, and he is expected to line up in a front three along with Diogo Jota and Mo Salah.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Play Arsenal:

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Tsimikas, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Fabinho, Thiago, Salah, Jota, Mane
