Liverpool and West Ham are both considering whether to make moves for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare in January, according to reports in the Italian media.
The Ivorian international was the subject of a €45m (£39m) bid from Chelsea on deadline day earlier this month, but the offer was turned down.
PSV are expected to be more open to selling Sangare in the New Year, and fans on Twitter believe the 24-year-old would be a good addition if the Reds do pursue his signature:

Sangare is a holding midfielder by trade so he would more than likely be seen as an alternative to Fabinho. Considering the Brazilian has looked off the pace recently, he could do with some competition for his place.
It should be pointed out, though, that there are plenty of teams keen on securing the midfielder’s services. As well as West Ham and Chelsea, Manchester United, Leicester and Newcastle have also been credited with an interest in the player in recent months.
