REPORT: European Giants ‘Dream’ Of Signing Liverpool Star Who ‘Wants To Leave’ Anfield

Paris Saint-Germain are plotting a move to sign Liverpool winger Mo Salah this summer, according to Le Parisien.

The French newspaper reports that the Egyptian international is the Ligue One side’s “dream” replacement if Kylian Mbappe decides to leave the club at the end of the season.

It was originally believed that Barcelona’s Lionel Messi was PSG’s preferred choice but the Argentinian legend’s wages have put paid to their chances of signing him.

Instead, they will reportedly go after Salah, who Le Parisien claim “wants to leave” the Reds, with the 28-year-old closing in on the final two years of his contract at Anfield.

The Egyptian spoke out last week to say that Liverpool have yet to offer him a new deal, and his regular interviews with the foreign press over recent months suggest he may be pushing for a move away from the club.

Whatever the case, it appears Salah could well be the subject of a bid from PSG in the summer.
