REPORT: Serie A Giants Add Liverpool Strike Duo To Shortlist Of January Transfer Targets

AC Milan are weighing up moves for Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi in the January transfer window, according to reports in Italy.

The Rossoneri have made former Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic their top priority, but the Serie A side have drawn up a shortlist of alternative targets if a move for the LA Galaxy forward doesn’t work out.

Sturridge, whose contract expires in the summer, is believed to be on a list of possible January recruits, and Origi’s name is also said to have been included.

In all, there are six names that Milan are considering including Gremio’s Everton, Fluminense’s Pedro Guilherme, Tottenham’s Vincent Janssen and former player Alexandre Pato, who currently plays in China for Tianjin Quanjian.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is only likely to let one striker go when the window reopens, with Dominic Solanke also being tipped to leave on loan in order to get more game time.
