Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Fabinho will miss today’s game against Leicester due to a muscular injury.
The issue has been described as a minor problem but Klopp refused to be drawn on whether the Brazilian international would be available for the games against RB Leipzig and Everton next week.
This latest injury blow has not gone down well on Twitter where supporters have begun to ask questions about the club’s training methods and fitness programmes:

A mixture of bad luck with long-term injuries and the nature of a truncated season means Liverpool have been hit harder than most Premier League clubs in terms of their limited squad options.
It is quite remarkable that the four players that were earmarked for playing centre-half at the start of the season have now all been sidelined with injuries.
It will be hoped that January signings Ozan Kabak and Ben Davies can step up to the plate in upcoming fixtures.
