West Ham are considering whether to make a £10m bid for Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to reports in the UK.
The 28-year-old has less than a year left on his contract at Anfield and the Reds are unlikely to stand in the former Arsenal player’s way if he wants to leave the club for first-team football.
Unsurprisingly, considering he is not a regular starter, supporters on Twitter are very much behind offloading Oxlade-Chamberlain if the Hammers do table a formal offer:
Sell him please! He’ll start a better career there

Oxlade-Chamberlain is currently sidelined with a hamstring problem so the likelihood of any team making a bid is low at this stage.
Depending on how long it takes the midfielder to recover, a sale could be on the cards nearer to the end of the transfer window, but Liverpool may want to have a replacement lined up ahead of time. Sporting Lisbon’s Matheus Nunes has been heavily linked in the Portuguese press so we shall see if there is any substance to those rumours.
