‘Should Start Every Game’ ‘A Fine Player’ – Liverpool Fans React To Brazilian Enforcer’s Premier League Debut

Liverpool midfielder Fabinho made his Premier League debut against Huddersfield Town at the weekend.

The Brazilian came on for Adam Lallana for the last 20 minutes at the John Smiths’ Stadium, helping the Reds close out the game.

On the whole, fans on Twitter were impressed by what they saw of Fabinho:

A few still don’t think he has adapted to the Premier League:

The game against Red Star Belgrade on Wednesday seems to be the perfect opportunity to give Fabinho his second start for the club.

With Jordan Henderson having to be substituted at half-time against the Terriers with a tight hamstring, and Naby Keita still out of contention, the Brazilian international could be in line for a starting place at Anfield.

Fabinho has already made two substitute appearances in the Champions League. It is a competition that manager Jurgen Klopp likely feels he is better suited to playing in at the moment.
