Liverpool are “interested” in Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Jamal Musiala but the player is keen to stay at the Allianz Arena, according to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg.
The German international, who came through Chelsea’s academy, has been in excellent form this season, prompting links to the Reds. However, Plettenberg says the teenager won’t be leaving Bayern:
News #Musiala: Based on reports from UK: Yes, #LFC is interested in Musiala. Like any other top club in the world. But a transfer is no topic at this stage. He doesn’t want to leave Bayern and he is not for sale as mentioned by Salihamidzic at Sky. @SkySportDE 🇩🇪

Musiala has been outstanding in recent weeks, scoring seven goals and providing six assists in 12 appearances, so it is no surprise that Jurgen Klopp’s side are keeping tabs on the 19-year-old.
The teenager signed a five-year contract in March last year so there is no pressure on Bayern to offload him and, from the sound of things, he won’t be making the switch to Anfield anytime soon.
Considering he does have English heritage, there is a possibility that Musiala would consider a move to the Premier League in the future, but his immediate future lies in Germany.
