Liverpool forward Harvey Elliot is very much enjoying his loan spell at Blackburn Rovers. The 17-year-old has been learning his trade in the Championship at the start of this season and he demonstrated his ability with a superb goal last night.
He opened the scoring for his side in the 2-1 win over Millwall with an excellent curling effort with his left foot from the edge of the penalty area. Supporters on Twitter are excited by the potential the teenager is showing:
sky’s the limit with this lad, that goal was special.

Really smart from Klopp to loan him to Blackburn, tough, long and gruelling league which he will learn a lot from. Left us as a boy or turn as a man ???? Curtis & Elliott on each flank, the future is looking bright for @LFC

Elliott is undoubtedly benefitting from his loan spell. The winger has so far scored two goals and provided three assists in 10 appearances for Blackburn, helping Rovers to ninth in the Championship table after 15 games played.
It will be hoped that he can gain experience as a first-team regular throughout the rest of the campaign before returning to the Reds at the end of the season as a more rounded player.
